I made this recipe and everyone loved it. I then made it but changed the cream filling to an oreo flavored filling and it was a big hit.

In reply to Sandra Maus. Hi Sandra, we're so sorry to hear that. Were you using heavy whipping cream with at least 36% fat for both the filling and ganache? That will be crucial for getting the whipped cream and ganache to both thicken properly.
