Hi Nancy, If you can only get canned we would suggest you get them in a sugar free syrup and then blot them well before using.

I found the cinnamon overpowered the flavor of the peaches. The batter was delicious and the burnt butter icing was the star of the cake. I would make it again, decrease the cinnamon. I also think this would be great with an apple filling in place of the peaches. All in all it’s a great from scratch bundt cake recipe.
