Usually they are way too sweet and underbaked, but these are not! They have a lovely variety in texture from pillowy soft to caramelized sugar chewy crunchy. Highly recommend.

I accidentally forgot the egg in the recipe, and they still ended up tasting delicious! Easy to follow, didn’t alter any ingredients! Turned out incredible, made some icing by omitting the cream cheese and also made the cream cheese icing.
